The food scene in London has exploded, with great chefs and restaurants opening all over town. My friends and I agreed, on our last trip to London and Paris, that we actually enjoyed the food more in London this time! Naturally I observed some incredible design. For example, Asia De Cuba, located in the St. Martin’s Lane hotel, was stunning.  The design was incredibly well thought, a wonderful mix of haphazard traditional, industrial, and modern. The result was simply brilliant. Check out the images…and if you go for dinner, I insist on the seared tuna over wasabi mashed potatoes–best meal ever!
